The 48 Hour Film Project

If you enjoy making films and don't mind sleep deprivation, then the 48 Hour Film Project may be for you. When you start the project, you're given a choice between two genres (or a combination of the two), a character, a line of dialogue, and a prop. From there, you're only given 48 hours to write, film, edit, and submit a short film.

We had to choose between a holiday or superhero movie. Our character was Iris Burhman, a treasurer. Our line of dialogue was "It can't be that difficult". And our prop was a cassette tape.
